  • Medical Stop Loss Sales/Marketing Representative

    We have an opportunity for a Medical Stop Loss Sales/Marketing Representative, who is highly motivated to drive profitable growth. Some of the key responsibilities are, but not limited to:

    • Develop and maintain broker and Third Party Administrator relationships
    • Coordinate sales strategies with Management to achieve new and renewal sales objectives
    • Work in concert with Underwriting to write profitable new business
    • Represent USBenefits at industry conferences
    • Maintain a professional knowledge of the Self-Funding industry and marketplace
      The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

    • Two or more years of experience working in the healthcare insurance industry, preferably in Medical Stop Loss
    • Either have or willing to obtain a Life and Health agent license
    • Understanding of Medical Stop Loss distribution models
    • Strong organization and analytical skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Bachelor’s degree preferred
