  • George Kadonada

    Chief Executive Officer

    George Kadonada, a leader in the insurance industry and a pioneer of medical stop loss, graduated from Loyola University (now Loyola Marymount University) and began his distinguished career with Pacific Indemnity, (now CHUBB) in 1965. In 1980, he was the principle founder of U.S. Facilities Corporation, where he served as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of USBenefits Insurance Services, Inc. and USF RE Insurance Company. Under his leadership, the Company grew from a firm producing $500,000 in gross annual premium, to a publicly traded company on the New York Stock Exchange, 200 employees and total assets of $290,000,000. In 1995, Mr. Kadonada entered into a joint venture with American International Group, Inc. (AIG) to absorb AIG’s Medical Excess business and became one of the dominant providers of stop loss coverage. In 2001, he retired. Mr. Kadonada came out of retirement in June of 2007 to establish USBenefits Insurance Services, LLC and currently serves as the company’s Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer.

    Mr. Dore is an Underwriting and Marketing executive with over thirty years of managerial experience in the insurance industry. Joe has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Hawaii and most recently was a Branch Manager with the Insurance Company of the West where he was responsible for developing and executing the company’s production and loss ratio metrics. Prior to that he was an Assistant Vice President for the Zenith Insurance Company with leadership responsibilities in the Los Angeles Region. As the Home Office Product Manager for Republic Indemnity, he developed marketing strategies and oversaw their product development. Joe is a dedicated and detail-oriented executive with a proven track record of ensuring successful long-term company objectives.
  • Marc Floyd

    Mr. Floyd is a marketing executive with over thirty five years of experience in the Group Insurance Industry. A graduate of the University of Texas at El Paso, he began his career in San Jose, California with LINA as a Group Marketing Representative. He was Regional Vice President for American Bankers Insurance Group in the western United States until joining USBenefits, Inc. in 1990 as Vice President of Marketing where he headed up their national medical stop loss insurance marketing efforts. In January 1999 Mr. Floyd became the Vice President of Marketing for Medical Excess Insurance Services Inc., a full service medical stop loss Managing General Underwriter for member companies of American International Group. He also held positions of Vice President of Marketing with Best Re and Regional Vice President with HCC Life. In July 2007, Mr. Floyd became a founding member of USBenefits Insurance Services, LLC where along with other executive duties, he is responsible for the development and implementation of the company’s strategic marketing plan and the continued expansion and maintenance of the company’s distribution system.
  • Gerald Addy

    Mr. Addy has been involved in various levels of claims and operations management for over 30 years of experience, the last twenty overseeing and operating Medical stop loss claim departments and MGU operations. He is an equity shareholder of USBenefits Insurance Services, LLC and was previously one of four senior level executives of the Medical Excess division of AIG. Jerry has experience with aggregate field audits, third party administrator reviews and approvals, implementation of cost containment programs, Medical Bill negotiations, mediation settlements, budgeting & staffing. Mr. Addy has previously consulted for The Hartford, Allstate, Beechstreet, Western Growers Associated Trust and the Blue Shield H.M.O. Jerry is very well respected in the industry, has an excellent working relationship with many producers, and has worked successfully with several different carriers and re-insurers throughout his career.
  • Tim Barden

    Mr. Barden has over 30 years of group underwriting experience. Prior to joining USBenefits, Tim was a Regional Underwriting Manager with TRU Services, LLC. Previously he was Director of Underwriting of Underwriting for USBenefits Insurance Services, Incorporated and recently transitioned to Vice President. Tim brings strong technical skills along with a realistic sense of market conditions and stop loss issues to our valued clients.
