Healthcare costs continue to challenge employers, brokers and benefits advisors looking for meaningful ways to improve outcomes and manage spend.

He noted that while it is easy to point to providers, pharmacists and networks as the problem, employers should understand the economics and components that contribute to their healthcare costs.
